Exchange & Returns

If you have ordered the wrong size of product, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please note customer must send product back to us at their own cost for refund or exchange; however once we have received the product for exchange we will send out the right size of product at our own cost. Please include the packing slip when you return/exchange if possible as it makes the process much easier and faster. 

If you have any concerns about the product you ordered or we have made an error, please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify things as soon as possible.

FREE delivery on all orders across New Zealand.

Processing Times for orders

Orders normally are dispatched from one of our 6 warehouses within 1-2 working days if in stock and you should get it in 1-4 working days from dispatch date. If out of stock then it takes roughly 1-2 weeks for it to get delivered. For accurate eta please contact us on 0800 113 792 

International Orders

We are unable to ship outside of New Zealand.
